On the final day of the school, all available mentors and school organisers will gather for a collective, open conversation moderated by Katarzyna Stuczyńska. Rather than focusing on a single topic, this session creates space for a broader exchange – a shared Q&A shaped by the participants themselves. Throughout the week, you’ll be invited to submit questions anonymously – simply drop them into a designated bowl tucked away somewhere in a quiet corner of Villa Rosa. What we aim for is a more informal, responsive discussion that moves between practical concerns, personal uncertainties, and the less visible aspects of working in our field.
