Although the work undertaken by agents and managers is crucial, much remains hidden from sight. In this discussion panel Alessia Avallone, Brandon Rosenbluth, Katarzyna Stuczyńska and Magdalena Angulska, accompanied by the moderator Małgorzata Płysa, will shed light on the intricacies of their trade. From current strategies and challenges, through the philosophy of managing an artist, holistic approach to methodology and increasing visibility of underrepresented artists, to audience development, networking, challenging the notions of cultural centres and visibility economy, this panel will present different aspects and approaches to the work of an agent and manager, including both personal experiences of the guests and questions from the audience.
