In this opening session, Aga Kozak will facilitate a soft landing into the week through a circle-based introduction process. You’ll be invited to share short reflections about yourself — but also to connect through abstract, playful exercises designed to break the ice, bypass polished bios, and quickly tune into the people you might feel most drawn to. (That said, yes — your 2-minute elevator pitch might also come in handy!)

Together, we’ll co-create a safer space framework — establishing shared agreements that centre care, boundaries, consent, and the diverse ways our bodies and nervous systems show up in creative processes. The session will also introduce tools for grounding and co-regulation that will be available throughout the week.
