Aga Kozak

Aga is a culture practitioner, journalist, educator and certified coach. She works primarily with visual artists and creative professionals, helping them cultivate well-being, navigate transitions and reconnect with their own creative flow. A long-time ally of the queer community, she’s been recognised for her inclusive approach to mentoring and facilitation.
She co-founded a visual arts gallery and festival, and currently serves as the Programme Director of the conversation section at the Divine Comedy International Theatre Festival. With a deep understanding of the pressures faced by those working in culture, she brings together body-based practices, coaching, and systemic tools to support those who create — and those who care. She’s the author of a recently published book on contemporary masculinity, and is now working on two new titles: one on breath, the other on creativity — both built around interviews with leading experts.
At Unsound Lab, Aga will guide the group through a gentle, grounded introduction process, facilitating connection and shared presence. She’ll also hold space for nervous-system regulation, psychological safety and emotional support throughout the workshop.
